Civil Engineer
Ben Monroe provides his clients with a high level of service and involvement with an emphasis on a successful project outcome. His background includes a variety of site development, water, and wastewater projects. Professional experience includes oversight of design and construction for wastewater treatment and disposal systems for wineries ranging in production from 1,000 to 1,000,000 cases of wine per year. Project experience also includes olive oil, cheese, and prune processing, restaurants, elementary schools, health care facilities, resorts, and residences. Design experience includes numerous onsite wastewater systems including, standard and pressure distribution leachfields, Wisconsin mounds and at-grades, subsurface drip irrigation systems, spray and surface drip irrigation fields, constructed wetlands, aerated facultative lagoons, membrane bioreactors, package aerobic treatment units and textile filters.
In addition to his design experience, Ben’s relationship with City, County, and State agencies is essential in successful permitting and processing of many projects. Ben is able to work with you through the entire process, beginning with an initial site evaluation, design, permitting, and ultimately oversight of the final construction. His goal is to provide you with a project outcome that you are happy with.
