Site and or Septic Inspection Package

 

Bronze Inspection package- $400

Includes

  1. PRMD research
  2. 1 hour on-site via a single site visit
  3. No digging- will view the tank if uncovered prior to visit

 

Silver Inspection Package- $800

Includes

  1. PRMD research
  2. 3 hour on-site via a single site visit
  3. Digging to uncover tank and a single distribution box. Location of tank and box provided by others.  (need current owner’s authorization)

 

Gold Pre-perc Package – $1,800

Includes

  1. PRMD research
  2. Pre-perc with Sonoma County inspector
  3. 5 pits (to a depth of 84” or limiting condition) of soil exploration during a single visit
  4. Digging to uncover tank and a single distribution box. Location of tank and box provided by others.  (need current owner’s authorization)
  5. County pre-perc fees and application submittal included.

 

Conditions of Contract:

  1. Payment in full at visit or prior.
  2. Map and report provided to client.
  3. Included is ½ hour phone consult after visit. Additional call will be billed at rates provide, as additional expense
  4. Work in Sonoma County only for these rates.
  5. No guarantees for suitable/passing results
  6. Rates valid thru May 1, 2010.

Groundwater Package

 

Bronze package- $900

Includes

  1. Setup 4 holes to 24” or 36” at direction of client.
  2. 2 readings after setup.
  3. No PRMD research.
  4. County groundwater fees and notification if close to passing.

 

Silver Package- $1,300

Includes

  1. Setup 6 holes to 24” or 36” or 4 holes to 66”.
  2. 3 readings after setup.
  3. No PRMD research.
  4. County groundwater fees and notification if close to passing

 

Gold Package- $1,600

Includes

  1. Setup 6 holes to 66”+
  2. 6  readings.
  3. No PRMD research.
  4. County groundwater fees and notification if close to passing

  3. Included is ½ hour phone consult after visit. Additional call will be billed at rates provide, as additional expense

Includes

  1. Setup 6 holes to 24” or  36”
  2. Others to verify and stake location and depth of each hole. No County  research
  3. Water must be available at a hose bid within 100’ of the site

Submit County percolation testing fees and notification and report (report submitted to County if passing).

 

Silver Package- $2,500

Includes

  1. Setup 6 holes to 24” or 36”
  2. Always Engineering to determine location and depth via existing pre-perc data at County.
  3. Water must be available at a hose bid within 100’ of the site
  4. Submit County percolation testing fees and notification and report (report submitted to County if passing).
