Services
- Site Development – site analysis including slope analysis, opportunities and constraints maps, view shed analysis, circulation analysis and neighborhood context maps are prepared in a clear and concise graphic format utilizing topographic maps and aerial photography as a base. We prepare alternative schematic/concept design for the site which efficiently uses the land and effectively maximizes the building area while conserving and protecting key environmental features of the site
- Land Planning – includes provision of base mapping for use in design, boundary final maps and lot line adjustments. We provide topographic mapping ranging from project site plans to large-scale countywide projects and construction staking
- Permitting Assistance – coordinate with local and state agencies to obtain permit issuance in accordance with regulations
